Expectations from Volunteer

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic volunteer with a positive attitude and vibrant spirits. Key expectations include Go getter & self driven, adherence to our work schedule and task entrusted with and no smoking indoors (outdoors, you are free to do so). This is a great fit for someone who is able to work independently and is a self-starter. Positive attitude, cheerfulness, and initiative will be a great addition. We value open communication, positive criticism, and valuable suggestions to ensure a successful collaboration as we consider every member working for the resort as part of our team.

We expect dedication during the pre-event preparation, attention to detail to ensure the stage and decor are safe and visually appealing, and the ability to adapt to on-site conditions in a forest environment.

A passion for sustainable and eco-friendly design, teamwork, and a hands-on attitude are essential to help make this event a success.
